English Football School has been operating in Singapore since July 2013. We provide coaching sessions to children between the ages of 2-14 years old at various locations in Singapore and also in Marlborough College Malaysia. The school’s philosophy is that children of all ages and ability improve their understanding and ability to play the game of football whilst having fun.
The primary aim of EFS is for children of all ages and abilities to have fun whilst learning about the game of football.
They are also given the opportunity in every session to practise the skills they are being taught within a ‘match’ situation.
Our Coaches are trained to give fun, educational sessions that develop the individuals personality – whilst aiming to improve their skills and technique. Players who desire to play league football are given the opportunity to do so – in an environment of minimal pressure.
No. Your child simply has to turn up at a pre-arranged trial session. Fees will be pro-rated upon sign-up.
Sessions are held at various locations across Singapore and Johor Bahru. (Please see location details).
Fun games that are designed to develop a child’s footballing prowess whilst capturing their imagination and match play every session once they reach 5 years.
Each game is tailored to develop a required skill relevant to the game of football.
If session is cancelled due to bad weather, parents will receive notification via WhatsApp 30 minutes before the start of session.
Fees already paid for cancelled session will be offset in the next invoice.
If a session commences and then has to be stopped due to bad weather (if a session for Toddler runs for more than 15 mins or older children 30 mins) then no make-up session will be offered.
Absence will only count if email is sent to EFS prior to missed lesson. In this instance, you may arrange a make up lesson. There will be no adjustment of fees.
If a medical certificate is produced for this absence, then your child may either attend a makeup class for this missed session or opt to offset fees.
Make up classes must be attended within 4 weeks of the missed session and at any location other than the one they regularly attend.
Parents are to email Zubaidah.firstname.lastname@example.org at least TWO days in advance of make up class planning to attend, indicating which date they are making up for.
Children who turn up for make up class without prior notice may be sent home.
